Skillogy PERFORM focuses on the individual and the environment in which they work. The aim of the programme is to improve results at an individual, team and organisational level.
The process focuses on an individual’s innate talents, skills and abilities by providing the relevant performance skills required to improve results as a manager and leader.
The knowledge is presented in ‘bite-sized’ chunks supported by job-based action points that are designed to rapidly convert the knowledge gained into practical job-focused results. Individual learning plans are provided as part of the performance management process.
The blended learning provides facilitated workshops for the learning sets where outcomes are reviewed in the context of individual, team and organisational improvement. At this stage, the aim is to resolve performance issues and align strategic direction with collective and organisational competence.
