The assessment tool is designed to identify your development plan in performance skills in order of priority, the lowest result indicating the highest importance in terms of improvement.

You should use the assessment results as the basis for determining which performance skill module you select for study either in PPV or PPV+ through the on-line purchase of a 3-month licence.
